CTC vibration analysis hardware
CTC (Connection Technology Center, Inc.) is a world leader in the design and manufacture of vibration analysis hardware — industrial accelerometers, piezo velocity transducers, 4-20 mA vibration sensors and proximity probes, together with all related mounting hardware, cabling and junction boxes.

4-20 mA continuous health monitoring
Loop power vibration sensors with velocity (LP200/LP300) or acceleration (LP500/LP600) output, dual output options with temperature, and hazardous-rated LPH variants.
SC Series signal conditioners feed vibration and temperature process signals straight into your PLC, DCS or SCADA — the dual-band SC320 can watch standard vibration and ultrasonic early bearing faults from one sensor. Turnkey SCE enclosures come pre-wired.
Proximity probe systems
Complete eddy current probe systems for radial dynamic, axial rotor position and thermal case expansion measurements on sleeve-bearing machines.
Probe tips in FFv, 8 mm, 11 mm and 25 mm diameters, drivers with buffered BNC output, extension cables, NPT pressure seal fittings and enclosures for 1 to 14 channels. Hazardous area approved systems available.
Test & measurement products
Research-grade accelerometers in lightweight titanium cases — 10 to 500 mV/g with frequency ranges up to 30 kHz — for laboratory and general purpose test work.
Supported by isolated mounting pads, flat-surface mounting magnets and coaxial cabling, with a reusable storage case included with every sensor.
